But after seeing God move in powerful ways in our own lives and in people around us, we couldn’t deny the calling on our lives to plant a church.

Best decision ever.

We love spending time with people, playing cards (we’re just "a little" competitive...), roadtrips, riding bikes, trying new things, and enjoying time with our sons, Emerson & Graham.

We absolutely love Topeka and believe God wants to do something here that's never been seen before.

RYAN HICKMAN, ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Hey I’m Ryan, and I LOVE making disciples and coaching people in their relationships.

In my previous life, I was a lawyer before going into full-time ministry with Called To Greatness, the campus ministry associated with our church. My family & I spent 25 years in Lawrence, investing in the lives of college students and training up young staff members, before moving to Topeka in 2021 to join the Community Church team.

There is no limit to what my wife Miriam can do! When she's not beautifying the church, she's flipping homes, running AirBnBs, discipling college students, and hosting events.

We have four amazing (and tall!) grown children: Naomi, Rachel, Isaac, and Hope.
